Here am I cleaning the garlic plants and removing the soil and nutrients from the garlic so I can pulverize them into a solution fro the next step.

Innoculation

Here I sterlizing the innoculating loop in preparing transfering the E.coli to the agar plate.

Incubation

The incubation period is for 24hours at 98.6 degrees fahrenheit.

Streaking of the E.coli

I am streaking the agar petri disk with the E.coli culture.
